Invitation Sets, Invitation Inserts, Save the Date Cards, Thank
You Cards, Basic Sets, and Samples can all be ordered online
by U.S. customers only. All other stationary orders can be placed
via phone or email using the below forms. All online stationary orders
must be for quantities equal to or greater than 25. If you would
like to order quantities smaller than 25, please contact
us for
pricing information. |

Sample Orders |
|
| |
Up to $20 of sample orders will be refunded to
you if you choose to purchase your wedding stationary through White Dress
- Black Tux. Samples cost between $5 and $9 each. Shipping
for samples costs just $1 via USPS Priority Mail. |

Stationary Orders |
|
| |
After your stationary order is placed, you will
receive digital proofs of your stationary via email in 3
to 5 days. If you have not previously ordered a sample of
the product or viewed the product at an in-home
consultation,
you will have the option to have a proof mailed to you for your approval. Once you
approve the proof(s), your stationary order will begin to be printed/assembled.
Stationary orders take between 3 to 4 weeks to complete from time of proof approval. Orders
can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, FedEx Express,
or FedEx Overnight. All shipping charges are calculated based on
the weight of what has been ordered and the ship-to zip code. |

Orders can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, FedEx Express,
or FedEx Overnight. All shipping charges are calculated based on
the weight of what has been ordered and the ship-to zip code. Once shipped, USPS Priority Mail orders take between 2 and 3 days to be delivered. You will receive an email with your tracking number from the USPS when your USPS order is shipped. Once Shipped, FedEx Express orders take 3 business days to be delivered and FedEx Overnight orders take 1 business day to be delivered. For approximate transit times for FedEx Ground orders, please consult the below chart. You will receive an email with your tracking number from FedEx when your FedEx order is shipped.

Refund Policy |

Satisfying our customers and producing high
quality products are our two top priorities. As such, every order
is hand assembled and individually inspected before being shipped
to you. If your order is found to be defective in any
way, please contact
us immediately. Rest assured that any errors
made by White Dress - Black Tux will be corrected immediately at
no cost to you.
White Dress - Black Tux, however, is not responsible for errors overlooked by
you during the proof review process. Even so, as a courtesy to
you, we will correct these errors and reprint your product at a
25% discount off the original price.
Custom design service fees are non-refundable unless
you have not had your consultation appointment yet. |
